Lillian Romero Gomez attended U.C.L.A , graduating in 1978 with a degree in Political Science/Public Administration. After working with several commercial insurance brokers, Lillian co-founded Baker, Romero & Associates in 1986, catering to the insurance needs of social service organizations. Her approach in working with clients is to focus on the human side of doing business and to provide a high standard of professional service at an affordable price. With her extensive insurance knowledge, she has developed strong business relationships with many of the leading insurance carriers in California allowing for a broader range of service to her clients. She has also developed an extensive network with other professionals to further assist her clients with their organizational needs. Lillian has received many awards for excellence in professional service.

Lillian serves on the board of several non profit organizations and is committed to service and giving back to the community. She is married to Bob and has two daughters in college.
